No. Some threads are still needed, like those in Falling Sand. And if all of those threads are disposaled, it will make the subforums look even more empty, which is most of the problem with SCF right now.

Ah yes. I wondered why you were gone for a while. More posting, I agree, but it would be interesting if we had more members. More things to talk about. Very True...in order to effectively market you have to have something to appeal to the public...and saying that its a randomness forum just isn't appealing because you can get that on any social networking site...

We need to figure out weather we want to start up the whole sands games thing or perhaps choose another speciality,

Maybe we should start taking over as a Sand forum. I can download the Sand Browser Games, if we need them.

We really need Shan (or Sandy) back for this to happen, though. It's not just because we miss him, but also that we can't do anything major without him being here ether.

However, if someone is an admin of the old forums, then I'm sure Sandy wouldn't mind you tweaking it, but then it may be a good idea to ask him first.

It would be fantastic if you guys could get back into the sands games again. They are really what draws people in...because they know that we are a forum based on the sands games with a little bit of general chat..like what we used to be.

I know it may be a little difficult when Sandy gets back but I know in my heart we can do this. If you all need me to do anything, just ask.

What I meant was, instead of making some more browser games, I can filch them from Snadyman (Because I have Firefox), but make some, by all means.

Once we do that, we can put ourselves on places like i-am-bored.com etc.

Someone needs to write guides for each type of Sand game. I'll do tehsand - we'll need it if we attract more potential modders, it's easy to do.

So, Krispy, keep going with your Sand game, maybe you could release a prototype sometime?

I really like where this conversation is going. I completely agree that this should be based a little bit more around the sand games. It would be a significant help, I would worship you, if, once you get less busy, KC, to make KrispySand. I have tons of ideas. I have a default mod made. I have all the tags. I have ideas for a Modding Center. I have all the Error Messages made. gdude2002, please download the browser games. Cat or KC will have to put them up here because I am only on here about 30 minutes every 4 or 3 days of the week. Yes, I have put you, KC, and Cat, in charge for a reason. I think you can effectively make good decisions on your own. It isn't easy doing things when the head admin is gone. Try to do a little bit with these ideas you guys have mentioned, but not so much that is completely different tomorrow than it is today.

My plugin's not working, but I'm working on it anyway. Don't hold your breath, it can take a while to grab Java from pages...

Actually, if anyone has a link to that "download complete page" add-on, it would be extremely useful at the moment, but not essential.

By the way, I am downloading the whole forum to my hard drive, so that we'll have all the mods and news and such, if I can get it to work right.
