hi .. sorry for my confused question..
i am building my sandcastle doc in this way by following this
http://www.codeplex.com/DocProject/Wiki/View.aspx?title=Creating%20a%20DocProject%20for%20a%20new%20solution&referringTitle=Wikimap
i start a fresh new project in vs2008 and used up the Docproject wiht sandcastle.
After i added the path for my xml comment at the properties,
i then create a docproject .. by ADDING INTO THE SAME SOLUTION as above.
so i make the docproject as the start project then press F5 to build..
it always take a very long time to run at the " executing step 7 of 21 : Build Assembler{Sandcastle.hlep1x.config}
the whole process took up 20 min ++ to build the doc.. why is that so long ?
also after i successffully created the doc... why my doc do not have the xml comments which i had written ?
may i know how to put in my xml file ? i do this to put in my xml file for my window app. in the external sources - i just click on the XML documentation to get my XML file, then leave the Source blank... then error box come out

You are correct Cat. I think you're understanding it more because you are one of the older members here. I needed to change the name and the name of the forums.

I can't understand something without the facts... Through from which I have gathered, I'm presuming that issues at home perhaps firey issues have caused sandys parents to look for the cause of this unacceptable behaivour. Finding the pyromaniac forums, the judge it by it's name and presume this is where sandy got his thoughts from. they then ban sandy from going on this website and threaten to ground him if he does otherwise. His parents then find that sandy had re-created this bad influence, or done something else involving fire, and grounded him.
A simpler hypothesis is that sandy did something at home which caused his parents to ground him and disable him from going on the internet. _________________ 00- Head Moderator

Wrong. They saw me on Falling Sand making explosive things, and then I left Pyromaniac Forums on my computer and they saw it so they were already on edge. I got an interim with two D's on it so that was the last straw. Got it taken away. Then I got it back, changed it to sandcastle, but I started making explodey stuff at the bus stop for school and they found a drawing I had made for an experiment and they found a lighter in my backpack so that's that. They said I'd get the Internet back when school got out (June 4) yet, here it is... A MONTH LATER! And I still don't have it...

Thats not very good of your parents to not be keeping their word without reasoning behind it. _________________ And in this crazy life, and through these crazy times, It's you, it's you, you make me sing, You're every line, you're every word, you're everything - Michael Buble, Everything.

@ Cat: I think it's because you've lived through our ages and know what would have been fair and not. Or maybe it's because you are good at putting yourself in other peoples' places.
@ Sandy: does your school not have a science lab that's open during breaks? If we bring what we need, we can do whatever we want in ours... _________________

Yes. They say my "attitude" is bad. They say I'm immature. Which... I'm not seeing.

That's not good enough..as a parent he/she/they should be giving you an answer...parents just say that then they don't know how to explain it, when they are fed up or when they simply don't know...my parents did it to me and i am not doing it to my kids.

Ask them why. As a young adult you deserve a real answer..so you can remedy your so called "immature behaivour" so u can get back online. Being a young adult is all about learning how to cope in adult life...and if parents are going to hide things and not give you reasons for things...then it will reflect on you later on in life. _________________ And in this crazy life, and through these crazy times, It's you, it's you, you make me sing, You're every line, you're every word, you're everything - Michael Buble, Everything.

lol, interesting theory. Put it this way....parents and adults are just as stubborn as teenagers. Parents are ever harder to crack because they are set in their ways. And when you tell someone that they aren't old enough to understand...unless its literally explaining something like sex or a computer thing or something...then its just the adult being lazy and thinking that just because the person they are talking to is a teen that the teen will automatically reject, not believe or rebut what the adult is saying. _________________ And in this crazy life, and through these crazy times, It's you, it's you, you make me sing, You're every line, you're every word, you're everything - Michael Buble, Everything.

I've never had the internet taken away from me - or gotten grounded - or anything really, but then again I have never set fire to anything big...
